How will I know if my order has been acknowledged and what will be the delivery time?

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been confirmed.

Our delivery time is from 10am to 6pm daily. (Same daily delivery only applicable to orders received before 2pm)

Will the prices of your bouquet vary during special occasions i.e. Valentines?

Our prices will remain the same throughout the year. However, we do offer specially designed bouquets but at a different rate during such special occasions.

Can I customize my bouquet and be charged a different rate?

Yes, you can. Apart from our standard hand bouquet, we also have other design variants to cater to all your needs and requirements. Some of our notable designs include Petal box, bridal bouquet, headband, and hand band which are suitable for all occasions.

Kindly note that the price of your customized bouquet will vary depending on the types of flowers used or any other additional arrangements.

How do I pay?

We accept payment via PayPal, Ipay88 or bank transfer to the following account:

Can I pay at your shop instead?

Chapter Two is an online florist, all transactions will be conducted online.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
However, you may request for a different delivery date for your bouquet.

DELIVERY

What if the recipient isn’t around or unavailable?

If the recipient is not around, we will contact you immediately to determine an alternative solution.
However kindly be informed that any changes to the delivery address will incur additional charges.

What are your areas of coverage for delivery?

As of now, our delivery service is within the Klang Valley. You may check our coverage upon check out. Selected area within Klang Valley is free.
